QDS MDC ONE
A compact solution for branches, offices and edge sites.
- Engineering systems in one enclosure
- Minimal work on site
- Sized for the actual load
We design and manufacture modular data centers with power, cooling, monitoring and fire suppression - without building a conventional server room.

| Criterion | Conventional approach | With Qaz Data Systems |
|---|---|---|
| Time to launch | Design, construction and engineering installation take months. | The module is assembled and tested while the site is prepared; only delivery, connection and commissioning remain on site. |
| Integration | Power, cooling and security are purchased as separate systems. | All engineering subsystems are coordinated as one system. |
| Mobility | Infrastructure is tied to the room; relocation requires dismantling and rebuilding. | The module can be disconnected, moved to a prepared site and recommissioned. |
| Flexibility | Expansion depends on available space and often affects the live server room. | The configuration can follow the load and grow with additional modules. |
| Equipment access | Service areas and cable routes are designed separately and depend on the room. | The module includes service areas, organised cable management and fast access to equipment. |
| Responsibility | Several contractors are responsible only for their own scope. | One specification and one point of responsibility for the complete system. |
| Service | Separate warranties and service procedures for every subsystem. | One service framework for the entire engineering infrastructure. |
We offer a different route - a ready module
that requires no construction.
Choose by load and placement conditions; our engineer will adapt the design to your site.

A compact solution for branches, offices and edge sites.

A two-zone solution supporting an N+1 resilient configuration.

A protected outdoor design for distributed sites.

Scalable infrastructure for dedicated rooms and data centers.
These are only some of the available configurations. If the catalogue does not include the right option, we will design one for your site, load and operating conditions.

Power, cooling, monitoring and security are integrated and tested before delivery.
The UPS stabilises power to the IT load and keeps equipment running through short outages. Battery capacity and runtime are sized for actual power, required reserve and safe shutdown.
Precision cooling removes heat inside the module and maintains target air conditions regardless of outdoor temperature. Capacity and redundancy follow the installed equipment heat load.
PDUs distribute power to racks and equipment groups, support load control and simplify local isolation. The layout keeps connections accessible during service.
One monitoring system collects power, temperature, humidity, access and alarm data. Responsible staff see current status and receive remote alerts 24/7.
Sensors detect early signs of fire, then automation starts the designed alert and local suppression sequence. The system is sized for the module and site requirements.
Electronic locks restrict access to critical equipment and the event log records openings and entry attempts. Rights can be split between operators, contractors and responsible staff.
Sensors continuously track temperature, humidity, leaks, smoke and other environmental conditions. Thresholds are set for the equipment and deviations are sent to monitoring.
Vertical and horizontal routes separate power and data lines, preserve airflow and keep racks organised. Labelling and access speed up diagnostics, replacement and expansion.
We take responsibility for the result so you receive a ready modular data center without surprises:
We collect data on IT equipment, power, heat output, availability requirements and growth plans. These parameters form the basis of the future solution.
Answers about solution selection, site preparation, commissioning, relocation, expansion and service.
We start with equipment quantity and format, total power, heat output, redundancy and placement. After the survey, an engineer proposes a base configuration and adapts it to the site.
Cost depends on UPS capacity, runtime, primary and backup cooling, enclosure, rack count, monitoring and security. We verify the inputs before estimating so the scope contains neither unnecessary equipment nor missing site work.
You need an agreed location, prepared base, power and network connections, plus a delivery and unloading route. We check dimensions, entries and site readiness, then issue preparation requirements.
The module is assembled and tested while the site is prepared, so most engineering is complete before delivery. Timing depends on configuration and site readiness; installation is followed by connection, setup, testing and handover.
Yes, provided the equipment meets the agreed dimensions and conditions. Before sizing, the engineer checks rack units, depth, weight, power, heat output, connectors and network layout, then selects racks, PDUs and cooling.
Yes. We can reserve UPS and cooling capacity, rack space, extra connections and room for another module, allowing staged growth without replacing the operating system.
The module can be disconnected, transported and recommissioned at a prepared site. Before moving, we check the route, base, new connections and conditions; the equipment is then secured, moved and retested.
Monitoring combines power, cooling, environmental sensors, access control and alarms. Thresholds and notifications follow operating procedures so staff can see status and respond promptly.
